(Hopefully) We can assume that you do understand the best way to pass any test is to fully understand the material. After all, getting your Wisconsin Real Estate License is one of the most important accomplishments of your life. So, how do we do that?

How many times can you take the Wisconsin real estate exam?
A bit of good news here. In Wisconsin, there are no limits on how many times you can take the real estate exam. However, you still must pay for each time you want to take it.
How many questions are on the Wisconsin Real Estate Test?
We have interviewed Pearson Vue, consulted their handbook and spoken to the Wisconsin Real Estate Commission. We can confirm at this time there are 140 total questions on the real estate exam. On the national portion of the exam there are 85 questions and the remaining are Wisconsin specific. To pass, you need to get 105/140 questions correctly.
Is the Wisconsin Real Estate Exam hard?
Yes! It is very hard. As of 2023, only 64% of agents pass the licensing exam on the first try.
The good news is, the people passing the real estate exam are using a real estate exam test prep (like us!) and their pass rate goes to 93%.
how much is the Wisconsin real estate exam?
The fee of $65 for a Sales examination must be paid at the time of reservation by credit card, debit card, or voucher. Payment will not be accepted at the test center. Examination fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can You Take The Wisconsin Real Estate Exam Online?
No. In WI, they do not allow online testing for the real estate licensing exam.
There is no final grade given when you complete the test, it will simply tell you if you have passed or if you have failed.

For salespersons, you need to answer 94 questions correctly on the National examination and 21 questions correctly on the State examination in order to pass the examination. For brokers, you need to answer 90 questions correctly on the National examination and 38 questions correctly on the State examination in order to pass the examination.
