How many questions are on the Tennessee Real Estate Test?
We have interviewed PSI and spoken to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. We can confirm at this time there are 120 total questions on the real estate exam. On the exam, these 120 questions are divided between 80 questions on the national portion and 40 state-specific questions.

What Score Do I Need On The Tennesee Real Estate Exam To Pass?
To pass the Tennessee Real Estate examination you must answer 56 correct questions out of 80 on the national portion and 28 out of 40 on the state-specific, for a total of 70% correct answers for a salesperson. On the other hand, brokers need to answer 60 correct questions out of 75 in the national portion and 38 out of 50 in the state-specific, for a total of 75% correct answers.
