How many times can you take the Oregon real estate exam?

There is no maximum number of attempts for the Oregon Real Estate Exam, which means you can take it as many times as you can in case you fail the first try. However, there is a factor to keep an eye on; one business day is required to process the results of your examination, for you to be able to schedule the new test.

How many questions are on the Oregon Real Estate Test?

The cost of the exam is $75 for brokers whether you take the full exam or just the state portion. For principal brokers, the examination fee is the same. Keep in mind that licensed brokers in Oregon are the ones authorized to conduct real estate activity, always under the supervision of a principal broker. Candidates will be fingerprinted at the end of the exam, at an additional cost.

Can You Take The Oregon Real Estate Exam Online?

Yes. In Oregon, you have the option to take an online proctored test by selecting that option when scheduling the exam. Keep in mind to run the compatibility check with your device at least 24 hours prior the examination and not making any changes or updates until the test is taken.

What Score Do I Need On The Oregon Real Estate Exam To Pass?

The passing score for the Oregon examination is 75% correct answers for brokers,  for a principal broker, the requirements are the same.
