How many times can you take the Oklahoma real estate exam?

There is no maximum number of attempts for the Oklahoma Real Estate Exam, which means you can take it as many times as you can in case you fail the first try. However, there is a factor to keep an eye on; you are required to pay the examination fee every time you retake it.

How many questions are on the Oklahoma Real Estate Test?

We have interviewed PSI and spoken to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. We can confirm at this time there are 130 total questions for salespersons on the real estate exam, those questions are divided into 80  national questions and 50 state-specific. For brokers, there are 75 national and 65 state-specific questions for a total of 135.

For brokers, the examination fee is $75, whether you take the State exam only or the National Exam only (or take both). The passing scores for the Oklahoma examination are of a 75% correct answers for both salesperson,  for a broker, the requirements are the same. At the end of the test you will receive a score report showing a diagnostic report on each examination type.
