How many times can you take the North Dakota real estate exam?

There is no maximum number of attempts for the North Dakota Real Estate Exam, which means you can take it as many times as you can in case you fail the first try. However, there is a factor to keep an eye on; your application expires after a 12-month period, which means that you need to pass both portions of the test in the referred timeframe and you will be liable for the re-examination fee.

How many questions are on the North Dakota Real Estate Test?

Yes! It is very hard. As of 2024, only 62% of agents pass the licensing exam on the first try.

how much is the North Dakota real estate exam?

The cost of the exam is $131 for salespersons whether you take the full exam or just the state portion. For brokers, the examination fee is the same, whether you take the State exam only or the National Exam only (or take both). Candidates must complete other requirements such as a fingerprinting analysis performed by the Attorney General, with additional cost.

Can You Take The North Dakota Real Estate Exam Online?

No. In North Dakota, the option to take an online proctored test is not available yet and it is required for all applicants to be present in one of the many PSI test centers in North Dakota and some neighboring states. You are required to make a prior examination appointment and the test can be administered Monday through Saturday.

What Score Do I Need On The North Dakota Real Estate Exam To Pass?

To pass the North Dakota Real Estate Exam you need to answer 70 National questions correctly out of 100 which means 70% correct answers. For the state-specific portion of the test, you will have to answer 30 correct questions out of 40 for 75% correct answers. At the end of the test, you are instructed to report the results to your testing supervisor to receive a score report showing a diagnostic report on each examination type in the exam that was failed.
