(Hopefully) We can assume that you do understand the best way to pass any test is to fully understand the material. After all, getting your Nevada Real Estate License is one of the most important accomplishments of your life. So, how do we do that?
- Take real estate practice exams over the course of 1-3 months depending on your knowledge level.
- Watch YouTube videos of real estate exam prep teachers. They are awesome and they are free! We have quite a few but there are other great teachers as well.
- Memorize all the real estate vocabulary. This should be common sense, but make flashcards and just go over them until you know them all.

How many times can you take the Nevada real estate exam?
If one of the portions of the test is failed, Nevada allows the candidates to retake only the portion of the test they failed. However, you must pass both national and state portions within a 1 year period prior to the application for your real estate license.
How many questions are on the Nevada Real Estate Test?
We have interviewed Pearson Vue and spoken to the Nevada Real Estate Division. We can confirm at this time there are 120 total questions on the real estate exam. On the national portion of the exam there are 80 questions and the remaining 40 questions are Nevada specific.
You will have 240 minutes to complete the exam.
Is the Nevada Real Estate Exam hard?
Yes! It is very hard. As of 2023, 60% of agents pass the licensing exam on the first try. The good news is, the people passing the real estate exam are using a real estate exam test prep (like us!) and their pass rate goes to 93%.
how much is the Nevada real estate exam?
The fee of $100 for a Sales examination and $100 the broker Brokers examination must be paid at the time of reservation by credit card, debit card, or voucher.
Payment will not be accepted at the test center. Examination fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you fail one of the portions the exam, the fees remains the same to retake it.(but don’t fail, work with us)
Can You Take The Nevada Real Estate Exam Online?
Yes. In Nevada, there is a list of specific rules to take your test online. Audio and video could be recorded and you will be monitored at all times.

What Score Do I Need On The Nevada Real Estate Exam To Pass?
For salespersons, there is a passing rate of 75% you need to answer 60 questions correctly on the National examination and 30 questions correctly on the State examination in order to pass the examination. For brokers, you need to answer 60 questions correctly on the National examination and 36 questions correctly on the State examination in order to pass the examination.
