How many times can you take the Connecticut real estate exam?

There is no maximum number of attempts for the Connecticut Real Estate Exam, so you can take it as many times as you can in case you fail the first try. There is a period on one year from the date of eligibility, within this period you’re able to take as many tries for both portions of the exam, but you need to pass both.

How many questions are on the Connecticut Real Estate Test?

how much is the Connecticut real estate exam?

The cost of the exam is $59 for salesperson, whether you take the State exam only or the National Exam only (or take both). Candidates must complete all course requirements and request their FBI report prior to taking the licensing exam. Payment will not be accepted at the test center. Examination fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Often, if you fail the exam, the fees are a little cheaper for the next one.(but don’t fail, work with us)

Can You Take The Connecticut Real Estate Exam Online?

No. In Connecticut, you as a student are able to take the course online or in a classroom, but you still have to go to an approved PSI testing to get monitored throughout the exam, but it can be scheduled at no charge through PSI Online. There is no final grade given when you complete the test, it will simply tell you if you have passed or if you have failed.
