Chris Mcguire
about me!
At 14 years old, I read the book, “Rich Dad Poor Dad”. This got me crazy about real estate and led me to buy my first rental property at 16 years old! Throughout high school and college, I acquired more properties and then got my real estate license when I turned 18.
I sold real estate for 2 years but mostly used my real estate license to acquire more properties.
After selling real estate and investing for so long, my knowledge to learn more about real estate only grew. I knew I had to take my career to the next level.
This involved the 4-year process to obtain my commercial real estate appraiser license.
I excelled in my career with financial institutions, lawyers and commercial real estate developers asking me to get licensed in other States so they could hire me rather than use someone local.
Over the course of 10 years, I was involved in over $4,000,000,000 (yes, that is billion) worth of real estate transactions.
A major shift in my life happened in 2017 and I decided I could no longer keep living in hotels, catching 5 am flights and putting my career over my health and general well being.
Now, I spend my time teaching others real estate, learning foreign languages, traveling, and putting a priority on my physical and mental health.
I am actively investing in various real estate tech companies and government contracting firms.
