According to the National Association Of Realtors, practice tests are valuable tools in helping you prepare to sit for your real estate exam. They can decrease anxiety about test-taking: the more practice tests you take, the better you become at reading the questions and developing a strategy for choosing the best answer. They also identify your areas of strength and weakness. We recommend a regular study schedule, starting 2-3 months before your examination.

In the members section, you must learn the core skills before you move on to the actual exams. When you to arrive to the real exams, it will be timed just like the real estate exam you will take in person. With each question, the squares of the grid will turn green with your correct answers or red with the incorrect ones.

Each of our practice tests falls into one of the main real estate exam prep categories: Property Ownership, Contracts & Land use, Appraisals and Real Estate Math. Each category includes practice tests that cover the subcategories. When you complete these practice exams with passing grades, you will be taken to the final exam page.

These questions resemble those on the Real Estate Exam. We designed them to simulate the real exam provided by the National Association Of Realtors. Many of the questions were created by our authors. Others were kindly provided by various real estate teachers throughout the USA.
